Payment options for the webshop

All prices of products sold through include VAT. What payment methods are available in the webshop? At Strictlybusiness, you can choose from multiple payment methods. Strictlybusiness offers the following payment options in the webshop:

  • Paying with Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, and VISA) How can I pay with iDeal? Pay directly online through your own bank. That's paying in your trusted internet banking environment. It's easy and meets the security requirements of your bank. This payment service is available for customers of ABN AMRO Bank, Rabobank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bank.

How can I pay with a Credit Card?

You can pay for your order in the webshop using the following Dutch credit cards: VISA, American Express, and MasterCard. When choosing this payment method, you will need to provide the credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date, and the 3-digit CVC code (last three digits on the back of your card) on the payment page. To protect your information, these details are sent fully encrypted via SSL servers and are secured against third-party access. Your credit card payment will be authorized at the time of the order. In some cases, the cardholder may be contacted to prevent fraud. The amount will only be charged after the order has been delivered. If it is not possible to deliver the entire order, only the amount for the part of the order that has been delivered will be charged.

Is shopping at safe? Shopping at Strictly Business is very safe. To protect your information, it is sent fully encrypted via SSL servers and secured against third-party access. This means that your personal information is encrypted and cannot be viewed by others.

We comply with all privacy laws and other legal regulations. And we never provide your personal information to third parties without your consent.


Will I receive an order confirmation? Every completed order will be confirmed via email with an order confirmation. What can I do if I encounter issues during the payment process? If you are unable to proceed with the payment after adding the product to your shopping cart and creating an account, we recommend clearing your browser history (located in the top right corner of the internet browser, history, clear history). Afterward, you can place the product back in your shopping cart and proceed with the payment. Can I cancel an order? Cancellation is only possible by emailing before 5:00 PM on the same day of the order, including your name, order number, and order date. If your order has already been processed, you can only cancel it by returning the package.

Service & Warranty

If the product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us of this within a reasonable period of time after discovering the defect. If, in the opinion of Strictly business, the product does indeed have defects (not due to normal wear and tear, improper use, and/or lack of maintenance), Strictly Business will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period of time as indicated by Strictly Business. During this repair, you are not entitled to a replacement product or any form of compensation. If, in the opinion of Strictly Business, repair is not possible or cannot be reasonably expected due to the costs involved, Strictly Business will offer a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase amount.
