Order and Shipping

Have you found a Strictlybusiness item that you absolutely must have? Great!

Now, select a color and/or size and click 'add to cart.' Of course, you can continue shopping; you can always go back to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' in the top right corner. Please note: having items in your shopping cart does not mean they are reserved. Are you done shopping? Then it's time to finalize your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' in the top right corner to go to your Strictlybusiness items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. You will now be taken to the checkout page, where you can easily fill in all your information on a single page. Please note: Once you have completed your order, you cannot make any changes as your order will be processed immediately to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

  1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS? The shipping costs vary per country.
  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  1. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY? Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order through the order status page. You will receive the link to this page via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.

  2. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES? Strictlybusiness aims to deliver products quickly. If you place an order on a business day before 15:00, we strive to process your order on the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 4 - 10 business days.

  3. WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY? If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders) for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the driver, which will also indicate the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

  4. WRONG ADDRESS It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, allowing for a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please notify us. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, an investigation will be initiated by PostNL, and we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
