If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used or opened, or that are not in their original condition. Request the return form via the form below. • Send your completed return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@strctlybsnss.com via email. • Ensure that your return shipment is properly packaged and meets all the conditions listed below. • Clearly mark "Returns" on the outer packaging of your package. • Use an insured traceable service to ensure that your package arrives safely with us. • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@strctlybsnss.com.
